Sri Lanka defeats Australia by 7 wickets in the Twenty20 international

Sri Lanka kicked off their Australia tour defeating the hosts by 7 wickets in the only Twenty20 International of the series. Australia, led by Michael Clarke won the toss and chose to bat first. They managed to score 133. Brad Haddin 35(30) and Steven Smith 34(23) added 66 runs for the sixth wicket after the Sri Lankan fast bowlers took the first five Australian wickets for just 43 runs. In reply, Sri Lanka comfortably reached the target with 21 balls to spare.
