New South Wales Blues defeats Somerset by 6 wickets to advance to the semis

New South Wales Blues advanced to the semifinals of the Champions League Twenty20 2009 defeating Somerset CCC by 6 wickets. Winning the toss, New South Wales chose to field first. A brilliant pace attack by the New South Wales restricted Somerset to 111 in 20 overs. Stuart Clark picked up 3 wickets for 15 runs in his four overs. In reply, New South Wales reached the target in just 11.5 overs. David Warner scored a quick 40 from just 16 deliveries.
